11:30–11:45 a.m. | Opening Remarks and Greetings from Invited Guests
Welcome from the founding leadership, introduction to the mission and purpose of TCCGFA, and brief remarks from invited guests and community leaders.
11:45 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | Member Introductions
Each member will briefly introduce themselves, their business or professional background, and their interest in the Chamber.
12:00–12:10 p.m. | Overview of the Chamber and Election Process
Review of the Chamber’s organizational structure, Board responsibilities, officer positions, nomination procedures, and voting process.
12:10–12:30 p.m. | Election of the Board of Directors
Nominations, candidate introductions, voting, ballot collection, and announcement of the elected directors.
12:30–1:00 p.m. | Lunch and Election of Officers
All members are invited to enjoy lunch and networking. During this time, the newly elected Board of Directors will convene separately to elect the President and Vice Presidents.
1:00–1:10 p.m. | Announcement of Officers and Leadership Transition
Introduction of the newly elected Board of Directors, President, and Vice Presidents.
1:10–1:30 p.m. | Remarks from the Elected President
Overview of the Chamber’s priorities, annual plans, programs, and proposed events for the upcoming year.
1:30–1:45 p.m. | Member Discussion and Announcements
Member input, open discussion, upcoming opportunities, and community announcements.
1:45–2:00 p.m. | Closing Remarks and Group Photo
Acknowledgments, next steps, group photo, and adjournment.
