Membership Eligibility
會員資格
資格對象 (Eligibility)：來自台灣，或認同台灣之大佛雷斯諾地區（Greater Fresno Area）工商業者或專業人士。
Membership eligibility is limited to businesspeople or professionals from Taiwan, or those who identify with Taiwan, within the Greater Fresno area.
配偶權益 (Spousal Rights)：夫妻得同時成為會員。
Spouses may both hold membership.
會員類別 (Membership Categories)：包含一般會員 ($75/yr)、企業會員 ($150/yr)、以及青年會員（如適用）。
Membership categories shall include General Members ($75/yr), Corporate Members ($150/yr), and Young Professional Members (if applicable).
費用規定 (Dues)：所有會員均須繳納由理事會訂定之會費。若未繳納年度會費，將視同自動退會。
All members shall pay dues as determined by the Board of Directors. Members who fail to pay annual dues shall be considered withdrawn from membership.

會員享有並承擔章程規定之權利與義務，具體內容包含:

參與活動 (Participation)：參與本會所舉辦之各項活動。
Participation in Chamber activities.
參與會議 (Attendance)：出席會員大會。
Attendance at general meetings.
選舉權益 (Voting Rights)：依據會員類別享有選舉與被選舉權。
Voting eligibility where applicable.
遵守規定 (Compliance)：遵守本會章程及理事會之決議。
Compliance with Chamber rules and resolutions.
